I am currently on a year long journey of study to become a meditation teacher in the Vedic tradition.

This technique is practiced for twenty minutes, twice a day and is designed to fit in with daily life and all it's messiness. The technique is fabulous for releasing stress, tension and fatigue through the repetition of a simple mantra.
